We are a group of experienced real estate professionals providing innovate capital solutions for all residential and commercial needs.
We focus on the individual and work to build long-term relationships and meet the needs of repeat borrowers. We accomplish this by being accessible and highly responsive to the needs of both our borrowers and investors.
We have your best interest in mind. We have a transparent structure that includes an annual audit, an experienced board of advisors, and a reputable third party fund administrator.
Things don’t become vintage on their own. Rather, they are most often hand made. They require a human touch from those who have a passion for what they do and a commitment to excellence. That perfectly describes Vintage Capital’s management approach. Vintage Capital Fund is managed by Vintage Capital Investments founded by business partners Joshua Hunter and Brad Cook. Hunter and Mr. Cook are both dynamic and dedicated leaders in the commercial and residential real estate lending industry. They have both spent their entire careers – a combined 30 plus years – developing the highest level of skill, experience and acumen necessary to excel in such a competitive business.
