Joshua serves as the CEO of Vintage Capital. Joshua co-founded Vintage Capital with Mr. Brad Cook to raise private equity for real estate lending throughout the US. Joshua’s responsibilities at Vintage Capital include determining the overall business strategies, manage investor and strategic business relations, setting long term business strategies, direct underwriting process, loan approvals, and overseeing operations. In addition to his role as CEO of Vintage, Joshua has over 19 years experience in the real estate industry and is currently serving as the president of Genova Capital, a real estate development and investment company he co-founded in 2008. Genova has successfully acquired or developed more than 250 million in real estate which has delivered a strong annualized return to its investors. Prior to Genova Capital, Joshua was a principal of Danberg Development for more than 8 years. Danberg Development was a real estate acquisition and development company specializing in multi-family and single family residential, as well as self-storage.

Joshua’s land acquisition, entitlement, and private equity placement experience is both impressive and far-reaching. He has been successful in negotiating the acquisition and procurement of private equity for several properties throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. With more than sixteen years experience, he has personally been involved in more than $425,000,000 for the construction, development and equity placement of real estate. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.

Joshua possess a passion for his work and feels like he was born to do the what he does. He has a love of people and has served in many church and civic positions giving back to the community where he resides. In light of his many successes, he feels his greatest work to date is the family he created with his beloved wife Rebecca. Together they share in the joy of raising their eight children and the adventure it brings. He enjoys traveling, backpacking, fishing, skiing, surfing, golf and getting away as often as he can with his family. His life is built upon the foundational principles of integrity, kindness, hard work, and a love of God and family.
